Vegan chocolate chocolate chip oatmeal cookies are thick, super chewy, and full of rich chocolate flavor and melty chocolate chips. Vegan, gluten free and naturally sweet!
A couple months back, I made these oatmeal chocolate chip cookies and fell in love. Sweet, chewy, loaded with chocolate chips, and oh yeah, made with just THREE INGREDIENTS. Three!
While I’ll always be team soft/gooey when it comes to cookies over crisp/chewy, there’s something so satisfying and comforting about a crazy chewy oatmeal cookie. After I made those three ingredient gems, I knew I had to double chocolate-ify them. Technical terms today, friends.
More is more when it comes to chocolate, always. If you disagree, you can leave.
Kidding, please don’t leave! Try these and come to the dark side. Get it?! Like dark chocolate!!
These vegan chocolate chocolate chip oatmeal cookies start with whole oats as well as some oats blended up to flour consistency. Add some cocoa powder for rich, deep chocolate flava. Next is some date paste for all the sweetness, and some chocolate chips. That’s it! Dangerously easy.
Plop a little less than a quarter cup of dough onto a cookie sheet, and bake for a quick 10 minutes. Let them cool completely, and they’ll firm up a bit after coming out of the oven.
These vegan chocolate chocolate chip oatmeal cookies are absolute perfection for the most extreme chocolate and/or cookie cravings! Super dark and decadent chocolate flavor, paired with the chewiness of the oats, they’re so satisfying.
Have a happy, healthy day!
