Oh, and rich, fudgy, sweet vegan cookie dough brownies, of course.
Let’s just get to it because I don’t know about you, but I don’t think we should waste time talking when we could be sinking our teeth into one of these heavenly gems.
First, bake some vegan brownies! Super simple, healthy, and so fudgy and delicious. Let those cool completely while you get your cookie dough ready.
I’m obsessed with the vegan cookie dough that goes on top, and I was shocked at myself for loving the cookie dough part even more than the brownie when I tasted one of these. Blows my mind every time that it’s made from chickpeas.
Once the brownies have cooled, spread the cookie dough on top, refrigerate a little longer so everything can set up and get all nice and friendly, find a way to distract yourself until they’re ready, then DEVOUR.
Oh and I almost forget, drizzle with some melted chocolate if you’re feeling aesthetic and fancy.
These vegan cookie dough brownies are EASILY one of my top 3 favorite recipes I’ve ever baked. The fudgy, rich brownies topped with the gooey and sweet cookie dough is seriously such an amazing combination.
